Foundational Sessions
Service Description
During the 1:1 Foundational coaching sessions, we will assess your current situation, explore opportunities for growth, and create an action plan. Together, we will identify key priorities, establish meaningful goals, and build a solid foundation that will support your growth and development over time. Package includes assessments to gauge current level and ongoing progress; 4 x 60-minute 1:1 sessions (+assignments) which will focused on specific topics; 1 month of email (with practical tools and tips based on personal goals), completion certificate, etc. Timeframe: Valid for one month (~4 weeks) IMPORTANT NOTE: The Client understands and agrees that: 1. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or medical treatment. 2. The Coach does not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health disorders. 3. Coaching services are educational and developmental in nature. 4. The Client remains solely responsible for decisions, actions, and results. 5. No specific outcomes or guarantees are promised.
Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellation The Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice may result in: • Session being forfeited • Full session fee charged • Deduction from coaching package No-Show Policy A Client who fails to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a "No-Show." Consequences: • Session counted as completed • No refund provided • Rescheduling not guaranteed Coach Cancellation If the Coach must cancel a session, reasonable notice (24 hours) will be provided and the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
