God has given me comfort in my heart and in my mind. Losing my mom is something I knew would come one day and that it was inevitable. I always prayed and hoped it would be no time soon.
I was planning to come home and live with her to help her and spend time with her. However, I also prayed to God to not prolong her suffering.
Therefore, I'm thankful for this answered prayer, but I'm heart broken she's gone. I'm also thankful for the comfort and strength God gave me during that time and now to continue with life without her. I am also grateful to God for choosing me to be her daughter and her my mom.
